  1. General
    1. Website Terms of Use Agreement
      1. Except for downloading one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use, you must not reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform or display the Materials without first obtaining the written permission of Casino Kingdom.
      2. Materials must not be used in any unauthorized manner.
      3. BY USING THE WEBSITE, AND THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY THIS WEBSITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
    2. This page defines the Terms and Conditions that apply to all monies and wagers accepted by us at www.casinokingdom.eu (the 'website') and on any website powered by Casino Kingdom.
    3. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of the terms upon which payments are accepted. Irrespective of this, the onus is still on the Player to be informed of any changes.
    4. These terms are considered correct and fair by Casino Kingdom. Should Players require advice regarding these or any other part of our service, please contact The Casino Support Centre.
    5. By registering, the Player is deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, terms and conditions displayed on the website by Casino Kingdom. We recommend that all Players print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies.
    6. It is unlawful to deposit funds from ill-gotten means. All transactions are checked to prevent any instances of Money-Laundering. Any criminal or suspicious activity at Casino Kingdom will be reported to the relevant authorities.
    7. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to refuse access to the Casino of any person. Casino Kingdom also reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal they suspect are in anyway linked to fraudulent activity.
    8. If players transfer funds between each other's financial accounts/ewallets or if multiple players have their financial accounts/ewallets funded by a common source, this will be considered fraudulent and will be investigated. We reserve the right to void any winnings associated with these types of practices.
    9. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to revise or remove any part of the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Players should visit this page periodically for changes.
  2. Language used in the Casino Terms and Conditions
    1. The Casino Terms and Conditions as published (and occasionally updated) are on this website in English. It is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of all Terms found in other languages. Translations into other languages are provided as a service in good faith. In the event of ambiguity between English versions and a translation, the English version always retains priority.
    2. Commonly used terminology maintain a standard definition as outlined below, unless otherwise stated;
      1. Player - refers to the person whose name is used in the registration of an account at the Casino.
        1. REAL Player - A Player who has signed up to a REAL account at the Casino.
        2. GUEST Player - A Player who has signed up to a GUEST account at the Casino.
      2. Casino - refers to the Casino Kingdom and all its entities.

  4. Jurisdictions
    1. Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which you are located or residing. The Player retains sole responsibility for any gaming activity to ensure no law or legislature prohibiting gaming online is contravened.
    2. Players located in countries including, but not limited to; France, Belgium, United States of America, Israel, Turkey and Hong Kong; may be restricted to engage in any of the Casino's products and/or services. The Casino reserves the right to revise this Condition at its discretion.
    3. All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register with Casino Kingdom. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
  5. Player's Casino account
    1. All information supplied upon registering MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to confirm a Player's address by sending an address verification letter by post to the customer. All correspondence will be discreet with no reference to Casino Kingdom displayed on the envelope. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Casino Kingdom. However, Casino Kingdom reserves the right to initiate the verification procedure by contacting the Player by e-mail.
    2. Players may only open and operate a single account. Where a Player is identified with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to the same Player) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving a single active account.
    3. Players are asked to keep their registration details up to date. Support Centre should be notified for any changes in address, email, phone number or other contact/personal information.
    4. Casino Kingdom allows all Players to select a password which must be kept confidential. Any actions carried out through Player's account will be deemed valid if user name and password have been entered correctly.
    5. All applicants will be sent an email to the registered email address for account activation. All accounts must be activated through this email. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified. If the Player has previously unsubscribed at a Casino Rewards casino, please contact The Casino Support Centre.
    6. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, debit/credit card and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.
    7. Casino Kingdom shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with its website or content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, any misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account.
    8. Casino Kingdom will not abuse its relationship with the player by any unauthorised activity on the player's computer system.
    9. Account Dormancy
      1. If after 90 days the Player's Casino account shows no activity, it will be considered dormant.
      2. In this eventuality, on the first of every subsequent month, in the interest of reducing the risk of theft or misappropriation of funds, Casino Kingdom will remove any remaining funds for safekeeping. These funds can be returned to the Player's Casino account upon request, providing the Player successfully answers a few quick security identification questions.
      3. Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance, Casino Kingdom shall attempt to contact the account holder with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance within that account will be removed.
    10. Inter-Account Transfers
      1. The transfer of funds between individual accounts are strictly prohibited.
    11. Account Suspension / Closure
      1. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to close or suspend a Player's account at its sole discretion

  6. Payment Details / Withdrawals
    1. If using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, Players should contact the Support Centre for details of our verification process. If a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.
    2. It is the Cardholder's responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and website policies and rules.
    3. It is the Cardholder's responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
    4. Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card.
    5. Updating or adding additional payment details may only be made within the Casino software or by contacting customer services.
    6. Only one Preferred Method Of Payment may be active at any point in time.
    7. Any withdrawals are subject to the charges specified under the banking section.
    8.   7. Authorisation Procedure
    1. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to ask Players for verification documents following deposits and/or prior to executing a withdrawal. Should it be deemed necessary the casino may also require these documents to be certified by a registered Notary. This includes, but is not limited to:
      1. a copy of the card in question showing the card holder name, or evidence of the deposit method used (if applicable)
      2. a copy of photographic identification documents; such as a Passport, Driver’s License or government-issued identity card
      3. documents confirming residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, no older than 3 months
    2. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. Please note that an Account Holder's withdrawal may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process.
  8. Privacy Policy

    4. Disclosure of Information
      1. Casino Kingdom will instruct and authorize the credit financial institution by which an Account Holder's account is held to disclose any information as may be requested by any Governing Authority in respect of an Account Holder's account.
      2. Casino Kingdom will disclose personal data when ordered to do so by any Governing Authority and/or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law. For fraud detection and control purposes the Player agrees that Casino Kingdom has the right to transfer your personal data to third parties, including so-called AVS service providers and other partners.
      3. Furthermore, Casino Kingdom reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients where Casino Kingdom has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve the Player's Casino Account.
    5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Materials
      Casino Kingdom reserves the right to process personal data for CRM purposes. Players can choose not to receive marketing/promotional material at registration and / or unsubscribe from promotional material sent electronically.
    6. Correction of Incorrect Account Information
      The Account Holder has the right to access the Account Holder's own personal data and/or has the right to correct and/or erase wrong and/or inappropriate data.
    7. Cookies / ActiveX
      Casino Kingdom website works by using cookies and Active X components for (but is not limited to) the following purposes:
      1. To identify the Account Holder's preferred language so it is automatically selected when the Account Holder returns to Casino Kingdom;
      2. For analysis of the Casino Kingdom website traffic so as to allow us to make suitable improvements.
      3. The operation of the games (such as the flash casino)
    8. Casino Kingdom guarantees:
      1. Not to sell, give away, or otherwise communicate your personal or corporate information to any other persons or companies.
      2. To use your personal data to provide you with information or materials only if you requested it.

  9. Use of bots and Illegal Software
    1. The use and abuse of malicious software and bugs in any of the gaming software provided on the Casino platform is illegal. In the unlikely instance that a bug is detected in the gaming software, the Player must inform Casino Kingdom immediately.
    2. Casino Kingdom shall take all necessary measure in case of a use and/or abuse of malicious software and bugs from a Player as blocking of the Player account, freezing of the funds and eventually legal proceedings.
    3. The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games in the Poker or Casino for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Account Holders funds.
    4. Using a Virtual Machine is also regarded as a deliberate attempt to manipulate the game play and/or deceive the casino. Any financial gains made under these conditions will be confiscated.
  10. Interruptions in play
    1. Casino Kingdom is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of The Casino Management
    2. Casino Kingdom shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Casino Kingdom website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
    3. In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the games in question.
    4. In the event of a Casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
    5. Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, the bet, or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay will be null and void.
    6. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from the Player shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on a Website or your equipment) voids all pays and plays. Should we determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.
    7. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.
  11. Availability of Offers
    1. Offers and bonuses are regulated by the promotion terms and condition and bonus account terms and conditions.
    2. All Casino Kingdom offers are intended for recreational Players and Casino Kingdom may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion.
  12. Collection of winnings
    1. Winnings are added in the selected currency for Player's account to the cleared balance of the account. Should the Player wish to withdraw some or all of their balance, the Player may select how much they wish to have paid back.
    2. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50, excluding payments to Fedex/Courier checks and DBT which is $300. If there are any concerns or queries regarding the collection of winnings please email The Casino Support Centre.
  13. Responsible Gaming/Gambling
    1. Gaming is supposed to be fun but can be addictive. We promote responsible gaming by:
      1. Enabling the blocking / suspension of accounts upon request

    2. The self-exclusion policy states that: An Account Holder may at any time request that his or her Gaming Account be closed for the reason of problem gambling. The Gaming Account will be closed without hesitation and will remain closed for a default minimum period of six months. Other self-exclusion time periods are available, including a 7 day cooling off period, if the account holder specifically states it in their request.   14. Support, Disputes and Complaints

    2. The current balance and transaction history of Player's account may be viewed at any time. Should there be any claim or dispute arising from past or current transactions please contact us. If we are unable to settle the dispute we will refer the dispute to an arbiter, such as IBAS, whose decision will be final subject to full representation given to all parties involved.
  15. Financial Institution
    1. Casino Kingdom is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Player's account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
    2. Casino Kingdom does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.
    3. Account Holders who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
    4. Account Holders are strictly prohibited from utilising Casino Kingdom and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Casino Kingdom deems that an Account Holder has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Account Holder's balance without warning or notification.

Sign Up Offer Terms and Conditions

Deposit Bonus Promotion

  1. To be eligible for this offer, players must have a first time REAL account.
  2. All bonus monies will be credited as points to the player's Casino Rewards account.
  3. Each individual deposit made with Casino Kingdom is considered a single deposit for the purpose of this promotion. The total of successive deposits cannot fulfil the sign up bonus requirements - each deposit is only considered individually. Therefore the first deposit ONLY will determine the bonus amounts allocated for the purpose of this promotion.
  4. Your deposit may be cashed-in, providing any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
  5. Bonus amounts credited to a player's bonus account are subject to 30 times play-through before they may be cashed in.
  6. In the interest of avoiding any confusion related to this promotion and the winnings transferred to the Real account, the Player agrees to commit to the wagering requirements for all bonuses/winning obtained in accordance with the normal Terms and Conditions as stated in General Terms and Conditions below.

The Player recognises that in addition to terms stated above, they are also bound by all General Promotion Terms and Conditions, as well as General Casino Terms and Conditions.


General Promotion Terms and Conditions
  1. All promotions can only be claimed once per computer, mobile device, person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school. Any winnings associated with a bonus being claimed more than once will be confiscated and the casino account locked.
  2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no two promotions can be used in combination and promotions only apply to deposits and wagers on the Casino Kingdom software download.
  3. Every effort will be made to credit the Player's account with any promotional points within one business day or sooner. Promotions that are earned over a time period such as weekend or monthly bonuses will be awarded within one business day following the end of that time period i.e. on the Monday after the weekend or on the 1st business day of the following month.
  4. In the interest of avoiding any confusion related to promotions and any winnings transferred to the Real account, the Player agrees to commit to the following wagering requirements. These include:
    1. The Player's deposit may be cashed-in, providing any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
    2. Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to 30 times play-through before they may be cashed in.
    3. Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the play-through (up to 100%) towards the required play-through.
    4. The contributing percentages are as follows:
      1. Slots and Parlor Games count 100% towards wagering requirements
      2. Table Poker, Casino War and Sic Bo count 50% towards wagering requirements
      3. Video Poker, all Blackjacks except Classic Blackjack, Craps and Baccarat count 10% towards wagering requirements
      4. Caribbean Draw Poker, Texas Hold'em Bonus Poker Gold, Triple Action Hold'em Bonus Poker Gold, Classic Blackjack and all Roulettes count 2% towards wagering requirements
      5. All Aces Video Poker does not count towards wagering
  5. Doubling up on any game at Casino Kingdom will not count towards your wagering requirements. All Aces Video Poker - please be aware that this game will not count towards wagering requirements and no loyalty points will be earned when playing.
  6. Casino Rewards reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason whatsoever, including, but not restricted to Player abuse.
  7. For a Player to receive the refer-a-friend bonus the referred Player must deposit $100 or more and have wagered over $1000 for the referrer to receive the bonus. The referred Player must first satisfy all of the Promotional Terms and Conditions including those that relate to earning the sign up bonus and turning it over sufficiently to be eligible to withdraw the bonus.
  8. In the event that the Player has not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino, you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus.
  9. In the event that Casino Kingdom deems a Player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the Casino.
  10. If the Credit Card, Ewallet or financial account used to deposit and/or withdraw funds is not in the name of the individual registered on the Casino Kingdom account, then all winnings will be void.
  11. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended e-mail recipient, the offer is null and void.
  12. All casino promotions are reviewed regularly and we reserve the right to change the offer and or terms at any time.
  13. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to correct any error in bonus points, casino credits, and/or prizes awarded. Winnings will not be affected but the players balance will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount when any error is detected.
  14. Promotional bonuses/prizes that remain unused in a Player's account for longer than 2 months from the date of registration, will be forfeited. Promotional bonuses/prizes will be deemed "used" once the minimum wager requirements have been met. The sign up bonus is determined by the date an account is opened. If a Player opens an account but leaves it dormant for a period of time, the Player will still be awarded the sign up bonus that was active when they joined Casino Kingdom.
  15. If, while playing at Casino Kingdom, the Player wins a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to be available for any event of such nature arranged by Casino Kingdom. At all times, Casino Kingdom will do its utmost to protect Player's privacy.
  16. While Casino Kingdom protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use Players' first names and/or initials in any Casino announcement pertaining to promotion results.
  17. Employees, officers and directors of Casino Kingdom, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
  18. We contribute to and make use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from this database will not be eligible for any promotional offers and Casino Kingdom reserves the right to lock their account and refuse access to Casino Kingdom.
  19. Only promotions specifically advertised on this Casino's website will be honored by the Casino Kingdom. Any promotional offer issued by any other party, including but not limited to affiliated persons or organizations, may not be recognized by this Casino and are thus deemed invalid.
  20. Any promotional CD offer distributed by Casino Rewards is for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. Players must have received a written invitation addressed to them from Casino Rewards in order to take advantage of any part of this promotion.
  21. Any promotion or giveaway run by Casino Kingdom for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the promotion terms and conditions.
  22. Any cash prizes awarded by Casino Kingdom will be paid directly into the recipient's Casino Rewards account or casino account.
We apologize for any inconvenience but we are required to take these steps due to abuse in the past. Please be aware that all suspicious withdrawals will be audited before being processed.


Cash Account Terms and Conditions include:
  1. For Players who receive a first deposit or sign up bonus, a minimum of 30 times the bonus balance must be wagered prior to making a withdrawal from their Cash account. Please note, as a Player's bonus balance clears from their bonus account to their cash account the wagering required to withdraw from the cash account will also decrease. For example:
    1. If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $3000 based on a game with 100% wagering contribution (e.g. Slots and Parlor Games) before attempting a withdrawal.
    2. Similarly, they will have to wager $6000 based on a game with a 50% wagering contribution (e.g. Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo) and so on.

Bonus Account Terms and Conditions
  1. A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
  2. A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
  3. A Player's cash account may be cashed in provided any minimum bet requirements associated with redeemed bonuses have been satisfied.
  4. Specific wagering requirements are indicated in the General Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  5. As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player's bonus account to their cash account.
  6. Play-through is achieved when any wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
  7. For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
  8. If a Player makes a withdrawal, their bonus account is reset to zero; however any unmet wagering requirements will remain. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
  9. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
  10. Where crediting a Player's bonus account with winnings that would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the all bonus amounts, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
  11. If Casino Kingdom deems that the autoplay feature has been used for the purpose of meeting bonus account wagering requirements, Casino Rewards reserves the right to void winnings.
  12. Observations of playing patterns such as the playing for deliberate minimum risk, equal, zero margin or hedge betting may not be considered as playing in the appropriate spirit for the purposes of meeting bonus wagering requirements. Should Casino Kingdom deem that these practices have been utilized for the specific purpose of meeting wagering requirements, Casino Kingdom reserves the right to withhold any cashins and/or confiscate all winnings.
  13. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:
    1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;  A single bet in Roulette counts as the total of all chips placed on the table when the wheel is spun.
    2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
    3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette
    4. Starting a game's feature after the bonus balance used to build up the credits towards the feature has reached 0.
  14. If a Player's Casino account shows no activity for 60 days, the bonus balance shall expire and be removed.
  15. Wagering requirements will be carried over from a bonus should a subsequent bonus be redeemed prior to making a deposit.

Banking and Withdrawals Terms and Conditions include:
  1. The Player accepts that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether they have sufficient funds in the bank account selected to be debited for e-check, ACH or any other web wallet deposits made at Casino Kingdom at the time that the deposit is made and at the time the deposit is debited from the Player's bank account. Casino Kingdom reserves the right to reject deposits with insufficient funds in the account to be debited at the time of the deposit and/or void any winnings accrued as a result of that deposit. For the avoidance of any doubt it is considered fraudulent to make an e-check, ACH or any other web wallet deposit into the casinos or poker rooms when there is insufficient money in the bank account selected to be debited at the time of the deposit, even if it is the player's intention to transfer the funds at a later stage. If Casino Kingdom is suspicious of any deposits prior to paying any winnings, it may request proof that the funds were available at the time that the deposit was initiated.
  2. Withdrawn funds will be held in pending for 2 working days, during which time you may reverse the withdrawal in order to continue playing at Casino Kingdom.
  3. Players who win a sum that is 5 times or more greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of $4000 a week. All progressive wins/payouts are exempt from this clause.
  4. Returns and disputed transactions from Instadebit, E-check, ClickandBuy or any other E-wallets will not be accepted on any casino account in the Casino Rewards network. This also includes any disputes or unsettled transactions from Bank Transfer payment solutions and Credit Cards. In the event that Casino Kingdom receives any returns, all winnings will be lost on all accounts held within the Casino Rewards network, even if the returns have been subsequently settled.
  5. Due to e-commerce and online gaming regulations and also requirements by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), Casino Kingdom reserves the right to conduct a security review and may require you to provide such security documents that the Casino deems necessary in order to maintain our high levels of customer protection and security. In the event of failure to comply with such security requests, Casino Kingdom reserves the right to void any winnings on your account and/or restrict further purchases and withdrawals and/or lock the account.
